In May, 2007 I joined the Lyon Real Estate organization as a licensed residential realtor. I have found that the transition to real estate from 30 years in commercial insurance brokerage has been relatively smooth because both fields involve extensive use of legal documents and contracts as well as a high level of skill in customer service.  The most significant difference is that selling homes instead of insurance is a whole lot more fun!

Together with my husband and business partner, Richard Kitowski, we have chosen the close-in neighborhoods of East Sacramento, Mid-town, Land Park, Curtis Park and Arden Park  as well Natomas and West Sacramento as the focus of our efforts to offer competent and creative real estate services to both buyers and sellers.   

Our objective is to listen carefully to our clients.   We provide not only the most pertinent and useful statistical data available but also consistent communication and the insight that comes with years of experience in getting the job done.

We know that everyone has their own unique and personal vision of what home and good value means to them. Our job is to gain an understanding of how we can help our clients make those concepts a reality.
